Lemon Blueberry ERG! Energy Bar

We use only whole fresh organic lemons (minus the seeds of course) Yes, we actually use the "whole" lemon. Fruits and vegetables in the produce section of your supermarket don't hide behind a printed wrapper, and neither do our bars. 

When you have nothing to hide, you don't need to hide it.

ERG!’s Lemon Blueberry Fruit & Nut Bar starts with 25% real fruit – real lemons, real blueberries and real organic apples. And then we add our own blend of raw cashew, raw almond, and sunflower nut butters, plus organic rolled oats, and some of that terrific Star Thistle Honey from our friends at Sleeping Bear Farms in Honor, Michigan.
